Database of judgments from the courts and tribunals of England and Wales, established and maintained by The National Archives as part of their statutory obligation (under the Public Records Act 1958) to archive court documents.

Courts and tribunals are now required to send their judgments to Find Case Law for publication, and for onward distribution to other publishers under the Open Justice Licence.
