This Order designates those foundation or voluntary schools in England which have a religious character. Part I of the Schedule lists those schools in respect of which a final decision has been taken, and Part II lists those schools dealt with on a provisional basis where a final decision has not yet been taken, as to religious character and the relevant religion or religious denomination.
