These Regulations re-enact the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Procedure) Regulations 1993 (the “1993 Regulations”) with amendments. In addition to minor and drafting amendments, re-numbering and the updating of statutory and other references, these Regulations make the following changes of substance.
