Changes to legislation:The National Health Service Pension Scheme Regulations 1995 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 10 Jan 2026. These regulations consolidate, with amendments, the provisions of the National Health Service (Superannuation) Regulations 1980 to 1991 which provide for the superannuation of persons engaged in the National Health Service.
