Having allowed in part the appeal of the first and second defendants against an order made in the county court (see Ward v Coope [2015] WLR (D) 34), the Court of Appeal went on to deal with costs.
The claimants were ordered to pay the first and second defendants £40,000 on account of costs with 21 days of the order.
