Under the linking scheme, users of Lexis Advance Pacific Research content, including CaseBase, Unreported Judgments and Halsbury’s Laws of Australia, will be able to see linked citations for a range of law report titles published by ICLR, including The Law Reports (AC, QB, Ch and Fam) and The Weekly Law Reports (WLR).
If you subscribe to the Lexis Nexis Advance Pacific Research and ICLR.3, you’ll be able to read the report in full on our platform. If you do not subscribe to ICLR.3, you’ll be invited to take up a subscription.
In their press release, LexisNexis Pacific said:
With over 100,000 Pacific CaseBase records containing one or more links to ICLR judgments, this enhancement will make it easier for Australian practitioners to access and download authorised versions of relevant UK cases.
More information for publishers interested in establishing links to ICLR.3 is available here.
