This year’s conference is being hosted at the Max Planck Institute for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law (MPI LUX) between 30 September and 3 October 2018. Sessions and events will also take place at the Bibiliothéque nationale de Luxembourg (BnL) and the Chambre des Métiers (CdM) nearby.

The theme is “Law in Luxembourg – Where Local Tradition Meets European and International Innovation”. As IALL President Jeroen Vervliet points out: “The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is situated in the heart of Europe and has a rich historical heritage and modernity.” Moreover, “Luxembourg is iconic for the development of European law, mirrored by hosting all kinds of EU institutions, and most prominently the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU).”

Team ICLR will consist of Paul Magrath, Head of Product Development, Paul Hastings, Account Manager, and David Cosway, PTSR Desk Editor.

You can find us at the ICLR stand in the exhibitors’ section in the Chambre des Métiers, and one or more of us will be attending all the main tours and events. Ask us about the latest developments and innovations in our online platform, ICLR.3 or ask for a demonstration. We look forward to meeting new faces and seeing lots of our old friends from international law library world.
