The Industrial Cases Reports
The Industrial Cases Reports is the definitive series for cases on employment, discrimination and pensions law.
Published since 1972, The ICR has become an indispensable resource for all lawyers specialising in employment law as well as for lay advisers and members of employment tribunals.
Courts coverd include those heard in the Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court and appeals to the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, as well as references to the European Court of Justice.
As well as the full case reports, from 2011 the monthly printed parts will also include The ICR Digests summarising useful recent points of law and practice and a cumulative index of all that year’s cases.
The ICR Bound Volume Service includes a bound volume containing the full reports and a reprint of the year’s digests, as well as monthly paper parts.
It enables any case reported in The ICR to be quickly and easily found by reference to its name, subject matter, or to any cases or legislation cited in the judgment. The first volume covers cases from 1972 to 2000, the second from 2001 to 2010. Both volumes also include the case summaries (then known as 'Recent Points') which were published in The ICR from 1998 to 2010.
The Industrial Cases Reports are now available, together with our other series of law reports, via ICLR’s direct and easy to use online subscriber service, ICLR Online.
