As well as holding our own Mooting Competition we also sponsor both internal University and College Mooting Contests. We feel that it is vital to support and encourage future lawyers, barristers and even judges. If you would like to apply for sponsorship please download the application form on the left, and return it to Holly Muir at the ICLR, Megarry House, 119 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1PP. Alternatively you can fax it to 020 7831 5247.
The ICLR are proud to offer a subscription to The Weekly Law Reports as a prize to academic in-house tournaments. If your application is successful you can choose between a print copy of the renowned publication or now opt for the online service.
We regularly sponsor Mooting Competitions at the University of Brighton, the University of Kent and Bradford College, among many others. In addition to Mooting we are also proud to sponsor the Busfield Prize for Opinion Writing at City University in London, in which students compete for the coveted title and £750 prize.
